Market Rate and Student Apartments at Campus Pointe
The campus of Fresno State in Fresno, California seems to be buzzing with new construction projects. On the west side, the library is undergoing a much needed renovation while the east boundary will soon to be home to apartments, giving students an alternative to dorm rooms.
Beautiful Spanish tiled, 3 story units have been designed by Lee-Jagoe Architects of Stockton, CA for PCI Construction of Fresno. Spline Motion worked closely with Lee-Jagoe to position several cameras used in the final render stages in order to present the most possible detail to the client. The camera angle, lens, field-of-view and target location are extremely important when setting up a render that covers a wide area and uses sunlight and shadows to highlight architectural details.
