With a Conditional Use Permit Hearing a week away and a multi-million dollar project on the brink of defeat, how would you secure the future of your project? The management team at Salt Aire Development made the right move by contracting Spline Motion to composite a 3D model of their condo project in Washington State into high
resolution ground and aerial photographs taken of the site. Shown at the hearing, the visuals assisted the board members in understanding how the development would embrace all enviromental concerns and add not detract from the uniqueness of this very small town in western Washington. Spline Motion was pleased to have helped push
the project forward in a short time while other less prepared teams have seen permit applications drag on for 10 years.
