CLEANING UP THE RIVER

SMS has begun to work with Lesovsky Donaldson Architects of Stockton, CA on the Turning Basin Business Park project. This park is situated along the Port of Stockton water channel and that location needed to be obvious as the real estate agent worked to lease all available space to prospective tenants. Spline Motion even worked to clean up the banks of the river which previously saw more than a few years of neglect. These renders show a beautifully well-maintained property that is inviting for businesses.
