MICHAEL KARBY SENDS SMS TO THE BEACH

Michael Karby, Fresno Architect, was recently presented with final renderings of a 3500 square foot Avila Beach home he designed. The project began with AutoCAD floor plans, site plans and elevations. The meticulous matching of scale, texture and light led to rich, colorful afternoon and evening views of the structure design, nighttime lighting scheme and possible landscaping. A hint of the beautiful Pacific Ocean can be seen off in the distance. The renderings were immediately followed by a full 360 degree, multi-level animation, complete with ambient music and still shots from select frames of the animation. Using visuals of this nature saved time and money as it sped the approval process along and assisted in the design of the real nighttime, exterior lighting scheme and the landscape layout.
